Can you please fix the problem. Not working for the 2 last version.
Like the new look of the latest update but access to history is not working. Please fix.
After updated to this current version, it cannot review from the timeline history anymore, and will freeze afterward! Definitely the worst software ever!
After selecting a certain time, the app automatically jump to the wrong time showing the wrong footage. This is useless
I was hoping that the most recent version was fixed to review the history from the recordings. It still doesnt work. This is almost making these cameras useless. I cant believe that these developers cant figure out how to solve this problem. They dont seem to care about their customers outside of China.
Camera timeline not working since 2 last updates... Is it possible to fix this ??
firstly, I dont understand how come some of you guys rank this junk for five stars. secondly, the camera has two vital problem. it is killing me to get it paired to my phone. finally,after spending 5hours it connected. right now, the camera offline every ten mins. I have to reset router in order to get it working. connect customer service, they hasnt find a solution. what a piece of crab!
Really want to give lower than one star rate. History completely not work. No wonder its still made-in-China cheap one-time-only company.
App is OK but needs loop recording. Older files get deleted. Newest files always get recorded. Sd does not fill up and stop recording. Also orange bars showing past motion detected does not show on app now.
This app works good with the wifi camera I have but it needs to have the ability to change the language to English(that would be really useful) and the time should be able to set to the local time zone of the Internet service provider. If these changes were made I would probably buy more cameras.
For some reasons when I try to watch an event that occurred at 3pm, the playback will show me something that happened at 10am the day before. It doesnt make any sense and I can only use the app for live recording.
Apparently the app supports everything in Mainland China mode. But it needs a lot of English support. I cant believe that in this day and age you cant just embed translations with apps! It cant be that hard.
I dont undesrtand what is wrong with this company. For the past 6 months they regularly published new versions of the app and firmware but they dont seem to be able to fix the MOST MAJOR ISSUE with this app: the timeline review doesnt work if you are not in the China time zone. When you select a time period, it confuses AM and PM and give you random video clip. This was working fine a few months back. Come on, put your developers on this issue and fix it once for all.
Cant review history. When I scrub the timeline it just randomly skips to a previous time.
I use it with two yi ant cams. Sometimes it stands at buffering mode for hours. Also application is not fully in English. Camera is nice with wonderful specs and high quality but firmware and this app is not!
iOS 9.3 Do not updated app crash
With the latest version of this app the camera is continiously saying that "This camera can only be used within China"
I got a warning from app: camera connection fail try again later (-5400) ...now i can connect only with wifi? Could you be fixed it immediately?
Please fix this error which has appeared with this mi version. After updating this app, my cameras are not accessible from outside of my cameras network, for example LTE or 3G
