Add: other state Video WORLD Time-Zone

The app works fine, but there is a BIG problem.
On The app The time-zone is set correctly, but in The screen, up-left The time-zone is WRONG. And create big errors when you try to see The motion recorded video!! Please correct time-zone. ADD EUROPE STATES, or Add Italy, i sell a lot off Xiaomi cams.
