Не могу сканировать и подключить камеру, пишет обновите приложение, а приложение обновлено до последней версии! Исправте ошибку, я не могу пользоваться девайсом.

После запуска обновления, приложение перестало работать совсем. Само обновление не загружается. Уже несколько дней не могу запускать робот пылесос через mi home, не могу выбирать и изменять режимы уборки. Исправьте ошибку

Even after the newest update, I still cannot erase my notifications from my contact sensors. Makes it super inconvenient to keep track of doors and windows that have been opened.

I bought many staff from Xiaomi, I tried several times to connect to my phone but I fail , it’s ok I can manage but when this happened with the smart door lock its really worthless

Notifications haven't been working for a few months now and the notification doesn't announce when people or anything moving is seen.

I suscribed to the basic option (up to 5 devices) on March 8. but It's impossible to select the devices included in the package. Plus, I've been robbed this week and therés no way to check on the cloud when the thieves came in. You should find a way to fix this issue ASAP. Or I'm getting off these app and devices.

very bad app

Guys the app is not allowing to return to screen or go the settings to see other options. It works fine on my iPhone 15 and not iPhone 16, it is working on the android as well

Unfortunately mi home app doesn’t send notifications with any internet and dns servers and even any regions

I used this app with my new iPhone 13 and after a few days i figured out that my battery percentage is loosing very fast(I don’t have any sim card on my phone and it is always offline) After uninstall the app the problem solved. It’s a big issue. It kills the battery. I hope you fix this.

已经好几次了，空调伴侣的温度自动从26切换到22度，昨天半夜温度又自动切换了，清晨给我冻醒了，无语了😓 另外首页小卡片显示的信息也不对，无论空调是什么模式，首页都显示制冷。一直在app里反馈也没有修复。

Yah, the vacuum is missing spots. So we had to reset the WiFi and it won’t connect. I’ve tried many options, next to vacuum, next to router, each time gets to 70% and slows down, vacuum won’t connect to network. Frustrating, waste of my time. Used to work fine.

1) No HomeKit support 2) Bad English, should really find a native English speaker to help them localize their app. 3) If they’re not going to support HomeKit, at least let us control our devices through Apple shortcuts… Update: Now giving 2 stars. Widgets is an OK start. Still hoping for Apple shortcuts and Control Center actions. If that comes, lack of HomeKit is honestly fine given I control all my devices from control center anyhow 👌

The Xiaomi app has a very bad interface, with tiny fonts, and it fails to connect devices correctly. Despite following all instructions, remaining on 2.5 GHz network even putting device right in front of router, it fails to connect. I had several Mi Smart LED bulbs previously working on the same network; however something happens with device updates and app update, and one by one each bulb was no longer able to connect to the network. I tried resetting each of the bulbs several times to no avail. I’m switching to another smart bulb manufacturer and deleting the Xiaomi app forever.

I use this app for 3 Xiaomi home products, a TV, Robo vacuum and washing machine. While setting up the app, I chose English Language. The app is mostly unsable because all the push alerts are in Mandarin, and all the settings are still in Mandarin. Why? Who is the engineering team that released this version of the app that is not complete? Why not finish the app in English language and then release it?

Приложение не нативное, веб-клоака и весит пол гигабайта! Подсосало иероглифы без разрешения, теперь непонятно что к чему. И запарили со своей авторизацией.

Cannot create a Xiaomi account and you need an account to get the app to work

It works with the vacuum amazing and all, but I have tried it all to get push notifications and it’s not working no matter what.

Just download the app and there’s absolutely no way to create an account. If you try by your phone number, you receive an error message after entering the code even though the code is correct. If you attempt with an email address and password it says account not found. obviously it can’t be found because you haven’t created one. On the app launches there is no way to create an account as a new user

When it resumes after charging to finish the task the battery is only at 30% and it vacuums only for 5 min and goes right back to the charger and does the same thing over again. It thinks it can finish the cleaning task with that amount of battery which is not the case. Can you change it to at least 50% or 80% to resume its cleaning task or give us the option to have it fully charge and have it finish the cleaning task? Going back to the charger every 5 to 10 min just to try and finish the room is insane. Thanks.

Can’t connect the new laser measure. Doesn’t support xiaomi home as advertised. Also, once you login, you can’t logout. Poor app design. The PM and UX designer need to rethink about the user flow here.

I have tried to connect my vacuum to my phone Wi-Fi on the app and it does not work. I’ve done this with several other items just not with this app mostly cameras, but for some reason, I connect to the vacuums personal hotspot and then it will reach about 50–70% the robot speaks and says that the connection was successful. Unfortunately that’s not true because it will sit at the same percentage on my phone and if I go to back out after the robot says that it tells me if I do that it won’t connect to the network. I’ve let my phone sit on top of the vacuum sitting right next to my router for over an hour. There’s clearly something wrong with some sort of glitch. I don’t know what’s going on, but the vacuum itself is fantastic. You could use it without the app, but I obviously want to use the app otherwise I can’t use the mop feature - vacuum was almost $300. It’s better than any other robot I’ve had in the past you could tell that the AI is really advanced on it. It never makes a mistake. It won’t fall down the stairs. It doesn’t get stuck. It’s really intelligent and yet the app is garbage.

There are already several people integrated into their program who have access to their cameras to be able to see everything that is happening in your home. I don't know if there is a way to sue them, but here in Bolivia there are three users who automatically appear in your operating system that cannot be removed and are accessing the cameras without your permission. Be very careful with this company and its cameras for the home. They are spying on me in front of these cameras. Or the product of this company.

I cannot add invisible wall or no go zone! There’s no button for confirmation. I’m currently using iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 18.1.1
